            The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF) is the Chairman of the Executive Committee, receiving proposals from the various officers from the State to finalise the Annual Plan Operation and sending the same to the Steering Committee for approval. The Chief Secretary to the Government, being the Chairman of the Steering Committee holds meetings to approve the Annual Plan Operations proposed by the Executive Committee of TN CAMPA. After the approval of the Annual Plan Operation by the Steering Committee, the same is sent to the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi, requiring funds to implement the proposals. Accordingly, the Government of India will approve the APO, and the State Government will subsequently issue Government Orders to proceed with the implementation of the proposed works.
